My background & approach

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping adults cultivate meaningful change and sustainable well-being. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada Reno and my master’s degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. With over a decade of experience in the field, I’ve worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including business owners, entrepreneurs, military personnel, and ministry leaders, navigating challenges in their roles, while also supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, and work-related concerns.

As your therapist, I strive to meet each person where they are in their life’s journey. Therapy with me is rooted in compassion, action, and the belief that every individual holds inherent value. I primarily use solution-focused techniques, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies to support healing, clarity, and forward movement.
